In this post, we will walk you through the steps to save News app stories to read later on your iPhone, plus how to share articles from the News app.

Steps to save News app stories to read later

Step 1: Launch the News app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Head to the story you want to save for later.

Step 3: Tap the little bookmark icon located in the bottom righthand corner of the screen in order to save that story for later.

Step 4: In order to access the story later, just need to head to the Saved tab in the News app.

If you are using an iPhone 6s (Plus) or an iPhone 7 (Plus), you can 3D Touch the story to preview, swipe up to bring up the options, and then tap Save to save it to the Saved tab of the News app.

Steps to share articles from the News app

You find a good article and want to share it with your friends? Just do the following to do it:

Step 1: Launch the News app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Open the article that you wish to share with others.

Step 3: Tap the Share icon located in the bottom lefthand corner of your screen. Then, you need to tap a sharing method, such as Facebook, Message, and AirDrop.

If you are using an iPhone 6s (Plus) or an iPhone 7 (Plus), you can 3D Touch the article and swipe up to reveal the options, tap Share story, and then choose your sharing method.
